เมื่อคืนก่อนนี้เอง ดิฉันเห็นตัวเองอยู่ภายใน เป็นตัวเองที่ไม่ได้ย้ายมาจากที่ไหนหรือมีใครใส่เข้ามา เป็นสิ่งที่อาศัยร่างกายของดิฉันอยู่ เป็นตัวดิฉันที่ไม่ใช่ดิฉัน (It is me but it is not me) แต่งดงามกว่า ในวัยที่อายุยังน้อย อยู่ในท่านั่งสมาธิ (Lotus position) ซึ่งดิฉันไม่สามารถนั่งในท่านั้นได้ตลอด เพราะจะเมื่อย แต่กายที่เห็นในสมาธิไม่เปลี่ยนท่าเลย ฟังดูน่าตลก แต่เป็นอย่างนั้นจริงๆ

ดิฉันเคยแพ้ตัวเองอย่างแท้จริง

ดิฉันเก็บอารมณ์ และความชอกช้ำไว้กับตัวเอง ต่อมา มันก็หนักขึ้นๆ จนท่วมท้นหัวใจ ดิฉันโกรธ หดหู่ เหงา มากขึ้น และยอมจำนนให้ชีวิตอยู่กับการดื่ม การไม่รับประทานอาหาร และการทรมานตัวเองในรูปแบบต่างๆ ดิฉันฉุนเฉียวง่ายและว้าวุ่นใจอยู่เสมอๆ และรู้ว่าไม่มีทางที่จะรู้สึกดีขึ้น เพราะดิฉันอยู่กับอารมณ์ดังกล่าว ดิฉันแพ้ตัวเองอย่างแท้จริง
